Q1. What is Coaching?
Coaching is a development process that builds competencies or capability, which will help you to achieve your goals. This could involve looking at your leadership traits, your level of thinking or uncovering personal aspects that are interfering with your success at work or in life. Sessions are conducted one on one and alway start with a current reality assessment. A coach and coachee relationship is built on trust, confidence and respect.

Q2. What type of coaching do you practice?
There are many types of coaches out there that offer different styles of coaching and or services to help you. I have a pretty flexible approach and structure that allows me to customise my delivery in order to achieve the best results for you or your organisation. One key and almost shared principle of coaching is the coach must not have an agenda. I allow my coachee's to come up with their own solutions by using techniques that help them tap into their unconscious thinking.

Executive coaching, Team coaching, Mindfulness Leadership, Career Coaching, Performance coaching (with 360 assessment debriefs), Life or Personal coacing.
Q3. Why do I need coaching?
This is a tough question to answer as there could be many reasons why someone needs coaching. Are you feeling stuck, or dealing with heavy amounts of stress, not achieving at work, having difficulties managing your team, or maybe your just thinking of a career change. On the flip side, you could be doing really well, or you recently received a promotion and coaching is simply about continuing on the same journey with some added accountability.
Q4. How are the sessions structured?
The sessions are generally structured in 1 hour segments and we will normally have anywhere between 6 and 10 sessions over a period of 3 months. These sessions can be scheduled every 2, 3 or 4 weeks (based on individual or need).
Q5. Do you use tools and assessments during the coaching process?
Yes, I use many different tools and assessments depending on the situation and goals of the coachee. My favourites typically includes 360's, life wheels, executive wheels and or other leadership assessments.
Q6. Why are you qualified to be a coaching?
I completed my coach training qualifications with Results Coaching in 2011. This involved 6 months learning the structure and strategies for effective coaching, executive coaching and utilising assessments. In addition I have close to 15 years experience coaching executives across global markets. Specific countries that I've supported include the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Q7. WHat comptencies do you practice in coaching?
As a coach, I hold myself to the upmost level of professionalism and practice at a minimum the International Coach Federation core competencies.
